Cougar Marching Band Uniform Campaign – 2023 – 2024
These are exciting times for the Cougar Marching Band! We are thrilled to perform at each home Football Game and are excited to perform a new show at each game!
With that excitement comes some amazing growth in our program. We have 40 more performers this year than last, and we are hoping to welcome even more students to our program in the fall of ’24! Through outstanding retention and a goal of over 110 rookie members each year, we’re bursting at the seams!
With that growth comes challenges. Our uniforms are 10 years old this year and have reached the end of their usable lifespan. Additionally, next year, we will not have enough uniforms to fit our projected numbers! (This year was difficult and we had to creatively fit many students in order for them all to look great on gameday!)
Starting today, we are launching our new uniform campaign! While we cannot share with you the design for this next iteration of the Cougar Marching Band, we can share with you that it will match our commitment to excellence and quality that you have observed with our band!
Because you, our fans, relatives, friends, and alums are an integral part to our success, we would like to include you on this important campaign. With every gift of $500 (or multiples thereof), your name (or the name of your designee) will be placed inside one new jacket for the band. Your musical contribution will not only help future generations of Cougar Marching Band Members, but you (or your designee) can continue to be remembered as an important part of our history every time your jacket is placed on a performing member.
We hope that you’ll consider contributing to this campaign. If we are able to raise the approximately $200,000 – $225,000 needed for new uniforms by the end of the year, we’ll be able to debut these uniforms in the fall of 2024.
